The Spring event is the Signature Anniversary event for 2016. The event will showcase the winners of the Empowerment Awards contest, and reveal the local university that designed all of the anniversary marketing materials, including the YouTube video depicting what empowerment means to them. The event will discuss some of the highlights of the past 40 years. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased here.

In 2016 the Bureau will replace the Walk a Mile event with a walk/run that everyone will be able to participate in. The events will be on Saturday, September 10 at the Wells Street Bridge. More details on the event and registration will follow shortly.
